This is a Swiss silver pocket watch made circa 1890
The watch has a cylinder escapement and these are not high quality movements. The watch has been cleaned and serviced and is working well but the watch does not come with a warranty as if this should break, they are very expensive and hard to repair. This watch should be used for occasional use only.
Movement – the light gilt bridge movement has a cylinder escapement and is in 95% mint condition
Movement – the movement comes in a silver case marked .800 silver and which has a hinged back and bezel and a gilt inner cover.
The case has carved edges with a rose gold finish. The back is decorated with engine turning, floral engraving and engraved initials “PH”. The case is in 90% mint condition – two very light bruises on the side, apart from that in crisp condition
Dial – the white enamel dial has a full set of gilt hands and is in 100% mint condition
The watch has a mineral glass
The watch measures 50mm wide x 15mm deep
The watch is stem wound / pin set
