This is a genuine Rolex pocket watch evaluated by the British Army and given the grade “B” as a BACK up model to the General Service Mark II watches
Movement – the nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement and is signed “Rolex, 15 Rubies Swiss Made, Cal. 548” and is in 80% mint condition –light marks & scratches
Case – the movement comes in a white metal open face case, which has a screw off back and bezel. The case is signed “Rolex, 31 Records, Universels, Geneve, Suisse” on the inside of the back cover. The back of the back cover is engraved “B 6269” on the back and sides and has a military arrow also engraved on the back. The case has a smooth plain finish and is in 80% mint condition – some shallow dents on the back
Dial – the white enamel dial is signed “Rolex” and is in 99% mint condition.
The watch has a scratched plastic glass. This is original but can be changed on request.
The watch measures 52mm x 14mm deep
