This is an English silver pocket watch with a Swiss movement made by Dimier Freres & Cie (DF & C). The English silver case has hallmarks for Birmingham 1924
Movement – the gilt ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement and 15 Jewels. The movement is signed “DF & C, Swiss Made” The movement is in 90% mint condition – 1 scratch
Case - the movement comes in an English silver open face case by Dennison which has a hinged inner, back cover and a snap on bezel. The case is decorated with coin edged sides, engine turning and a vacant crest on the back. The case is in 90% mint condition – light wear only
Dial – the white enamel dial has gilt hands and is signed “Swiss Made”. The dial is in 100% mint condition
The watch has a mineral glass
The watch is stem wound / stem set
The watch measures 50mm wide x 14mm deep
