This is a Swiss made pocket watch made for UK specifications and sent to the UK where it was cased and sold
Movement – the gilt ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement and is signed “Rands, 15 Jewels, Swiss Made”. The movement is in 100% mint condition
Case – the movement comes in a gold plated Dennison hunter case, which has a hinged inner, back and front cover. The front cover pops open crisply to 90 degrees when you press the winder in. The case is decorated with coin edged sides and engine turning and is in pristine mint condition – this case looks unused
Dial – the white enamel dial has a full set of blue steel hands. The dial is signed “Rotherhams, Rands Lever, Swiss Made” The dial is in 100% mint condition
The watch has a mineral glass
The watch measures 50mm wide x 14mm deep
The watch is stem wound / stem set
The watch comes in a period leather box lined with velvet and silk from the original retailer.
