This is one of the best examples of a Masonic pocket watch I have had for sale for many years. The condition is superb, it also has the original Masonic hands and it comes in its original cardboard box.
This is a Swiss pocket watch. It was sent to England and has import marks for London 1929
Movement – the nickel ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement and is signed “Schwab & Brandt, Swiss, 15 Jewels, 3 adjustments” The movement is in 95% mint condition
Case – the movement comes in a silver triangular shaped case, which has a hinged back and snap on bezel. The case has silver assay marks and USA patent marks. The case is decorated on the back with and alter and temple and the all seeing eye along with many masonic symbols and imagery. The case is also decorated with imagery and symbols on the three sides and bezel. The case is set with a blue cabochon stone in the winder. The case has a triangular bow and is in 95% mint condition – superb condition
Dial – the mother of pearl dial is decorated with masonic symbols replacing each number. The dial has delicate blue steel hands in the form or masonic imagery. The dial is signed “Love your fellow man, lend him a helping hand”. The dial is in 100% mint condition
The watch measures 60mm long inc tip of bow, 50mm wide on the base x 9mm deep.
The watch has a triangular mineral glass
The watch is stem wound / stem set
The watch comes in its original cardboard box lined with velvet and decorated with Masonic imagery on the front lid and has its original import sticker on the back.
