This is a Swiss pocket watch made in the latter part of the 19th Century. This watch has a cylinder escapement and because of this we are unable to offer a comprehensive warranty on this watch as Cylinder watches have hard to repair movements. This watch is working and keeps good time but if broken or stops working, cannot be returned for a free repair.
Movement – the gilt bridge movement has a cylinder escapement and is in 95% mint condition
Case – the movement comes in a fancy silver case, which has a hinged inner, back and bezel. The inner has an inscription “From Lizzie to Annie, 10th Dec 1896” The case has exquisite floral engraving on the back. The case is in 95% mint condition – superb condition
Dial – the white enamel dial gilt hands and a pink and gold enamel border with gold flowers in the centre.
The watch has a mineral glass
The watch is stem wound / pin set
The watch measures 37mm wide x 11mm deep
