This is a Swiss pocket watch made by Omega. The dial, size and case would have been made for a watch used on the railways. Unfortunately this watch has no railway markings on the case.
Movement – the gilt ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement and is signed “Omega” # 4521127. The movement is in 99% mint – flawless condition.
Case – the movement comes in a white metal open face case, which has a hinged inner, back and snap on bezel. The case is signed “Omega”. The case is in 80% mint condition – a long bruise on the back and some wear and scratches also
Dial – the white enamel dial has a full set of blue steel hands and a red inner 24 hour chapter ring. The dial is signed “Omega” and is in 99% mint condition
The watch has a bevelled mineral glass
The watch measures 59mm wide x 20mm deep
The watch is stem wound / stem set
