This is a Swiss pocket watch made for the UK army circa 1935
The dial is damaged and is lacking a seconds hand. The watch is working well but has NOT been cleaned or serviced and is sold with no warranty.
Movement – the nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement and 15 Jewels. The movement is signed “15 Rubies, Swiss Made KF 260”. The movement is in 90% mint condition – light scratches.
Case – the movement comes in a nickel metal open face case, which has a screw off back and bezel. The case is stamped with GS MK II and a military arrow and A 26179. The rest of the case has a smooth plain finish and is in 90% mint condition – light marks only
Dial – the black enamel dial has old luminous numbers and old luminous hands – al have lost their luminosity over time bit are still in good condition. The dial is signed “Carley and Clemence Ltd, A 26179” and is in 50% mint condition – damage on the lower half

The watch is stem wound / stem set
