This is a mint pocket watch. The watch has a good mainspring but the balance is not moving freely. The watch is not working and is sold with no warranty
Movement – the gilt ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement and is signed “Junghans, 38” and is in 100% mint condition
Case – the movement comes in a silver .800 case signed Junghans. The inner cover is gilt metal and is signed “Ancre 10 Rubis”. The rest of the case has gilt on silver front and back bezels, silver middle and a silver back cover is decorated with a chequer board engine turned pattern. The case is in 95% mint condition – the gilt inner has a scratch and the rest of the case is in 95% mint condition
Dial – the gilt metal dial has a full set of blue steel hands and is decorated with fine engine turning in the centre. The dial is in 100% mint condition
The watch has a mineral glass
The watch measures 49mm wide x 13mm deep
The watch is stem wound / stem set
