Movement – the nickel ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement and 15 Jewels. The movement is signed “Helvetia, General Watch Co, Switzerland, Swiss Made, 32A” and is in 90% mint condition – light tarnish
Case – the movement comes in a white metal nickel open face case which has a snap on back and bezel. The back is engraved with a standard military issue arrow and also GS / TP, G24574. The case has a smooth plain finish and is in 60% mint condition – many scratches with large patches of metal coming through the nickel which is usual with a Military issue watch.
Dial – the white enamel dial has old Luminous hands and alternate numbers. It is signed Helvetia, Swiss Made” and is in 95% mint condition – small marks only.
The watch is stem wound / stem set
The watch measures 51mm wide.
