Movement – the gilt ¾ plate movement has a cylinder escapement and is signed “The Plan Watch, Swiss Made”. The movement is in 99% mint condition – superb condition

Case – the movement comes in a silver open face case, which has a hinged inner, back and snap on bezel. The back cover pops open when you press the button on the stem in. The case is decorated with crisp floral engraving and is in 95% mint condition – light wear only

Dial – the white enamel dial has a full set of blue steel hands and is decorated with hand painted enamel flowers. The dial is covered in silver with each number cut out, like the layout on an old telephone. The silver is then decorated with gold leaves and flowers on silver. The dial is in 100% mint condition

The watch is key wound / key set and comes with an old key of the period

The watch measures 38mm wide x 13mm deep

The watch comes in a leather box of the period. This special display box, is three quarters way down the base so when open, it displays the watch at a 45 degree angle. The box is lined with velvet and silk and is in excellent condition
