This is a genuine Rolex pocket watch and is one of the highest quality pocket watches produced by them.

Movement – the high grade and slim ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement and is signed “Rolex, Observatory Quality, Officially tested in 8 ways, 17 Rubis, Swiss Made” # 1000653. The movement also has its original cap over the balance and escapement, signed “Rolex Patent Cap, Protecting escapement, Brevete Francais, SGDG”. The movement is in 90% mint condition – some small marks and light scratches on the plates

Case – the movement comes in a stainless steel case which is signed “Rolex Prince Imperial, 25 Records, Universels, Geneve, Suisse, Chronometre, Reglage de Precision, Certifie Par Bulletin Officiel, Suisse, Classe A” and also RWC Ltd

The case has a smooth plain finish and is in 95% mint condition – exceptional condition

Dial – the silvered dial has an off set watch dial and a sub seconds dial. The dial has a full set of blue steel hands and is signed “Rolex,Prince Imperial”. The dial is in 99% mint condition – again superb condition

The watch has a mineral glass

The watch measures 42.5mm wide x 8mm deep

The watch is stem wound / Stem Set

The watch comes in a wooden presentation box. It is not original to the watch but is a very good quality box for a very special watch.
