Movement – the high grade nickel ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement with a micrometer regulator, gold train wheels and is decorated with slanted damascening. The movement is signed “Illinois Watch Co, Springfield, 21 Jewels, Adjusted 3 positions” # 4771270. The movement is in 90% mint condition – light marks and scratches

Case – the movement comes in a white gold plated open face case, which has a hinged back and a snap on front. The case is decorated with ornate carved edges and engine turning and is in 95% mint condition

Dial – the silvered dial has fancy blue steel hands and is signed “Illinois Victor”. The dial is decorated with a brushed and polished finish. The dial is in 90% mint condition – light marks
