Top quality display case pocket watch by Hry Beguelin c1900

This is a top quality movement made by Henry Beguelin which has been housed in a display case to show the movement.

Movement – the top quality nickel three finger bridge movement has a lever escapement with a compensated balance, large gold jewel settings, gold train wheels and winding wheels with wolf teeth, three screws and a frosted finish. The movement is signed “Henry Beguelin & Son, Locle”. The movement is in 95% mint condition

Case – the hunter movement comes in a white metal open face display case which has a snap on back and bezel. The back has a glass cover so that the movement is visible. The case has a smooth plain finish and is in 95% mint condition

Dial – the white enamel dial has a beautiful pair of gilt hands set with paste stones and the gilt sub seconds hand is in the form of an arrow. The dial is in 100% mint condition

The watch is stem wound / pin set

The watch measures 52mm wide x 20mm deep

The watch has a mineral glass over the dial and over the movement
